Hi. I’m Sara. I was born in Iran and lived there for 32 years. Since 2022, I’ve been in Finland, not as a migrant, but as a life adventurer.

Iran is part of my being, my emotions, and my identity. I love the stories of Iran, the stories I hear through its colors, its clothes, its food, its dances, and its music. Behind every wall in Iran, there’s a whisper waiting to be heard… tile by tile, its mosques and palaces tell stories waiting to be listened… upon its mountains and across its plains, tales are waiting to be surrendered, sometimes as grand as glory, as radiant as light, sometimes in the spirit of fight.

But I… I’ve always been a seeker, longing to discover new lands, both within myself and in the world around me. So, I traveled.

Finland, to me, was a land of silence, cold, whiteness, and peace. A place where I could continue an important part of my inner journey. Finland gave me the space, the solitude, and the calm to get closer to myself… to dive deep into the layers of my being and face parts of me that maybe I had left behind in my childhood, probably next to the shadows of the cherry tree in our garden… What this journey gifted me went far beyond what I had imagined.

The journey is still ongoing… here, or anywhere else in the world. I love my life’s journey. I want to play out every story written for me, fully and peacefully. As Attar of Nishapur once said:
“Lose yourself in it entirely.”
Be all in, or be nothing at all!

I want to fill my being with everything life has given me, and live every moment with all my heart.

I’m here to share the world I see through my eyes and feel with my heart. I deeply believe that life is beautiful, and my world is magnificent.

In Iran, I was passionate about its culture and art. In Finland, my spirit is enchanted by its breathtaking nature. My journeys are simple and light, I walk a lot, to see more. Colors fill me with passion. Learning local recipes is my enjoyable hobby, and I cook the foods of my homeland, with all their impressive colors, very well.

I’m here to show you the beauty of my world. So together, as far as the road takes us, let’s be fellow travelers and enjoy the ride, from the stunning nature of Finland to the mysterious culture of Iran, from my everyday stories to new discoveries in art, traditional garments, and foods, we are here together.
